Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts For the purposes of
this Act the Commissioner shall be a body corporate under the name of the
“Commissioner of Main Roads”, and shall have perpetual succession
and a common seal, and power to acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal
property, and to sue and be sued, and to do and exercise all such acts and
powers as may, in the opinion of the Minister, be necessary or convenient for
carrying into effect any of the purposes or objects of this Act.
