Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board consists
of 8 members appointed by the Minister, of whom —
(a)
2 are to be medical radiation technologists registered in the area of
medical imaging technology;
(b)
2 are to be medical radiation technologists registered in the area of
nuclear medicine technology;
(c)
2 are to be medical radiation technologists registered in the area of
radiation therapy;
(d) one
is to be a person who has knowledge of and experience in representing the
interests of consumers; and
(e) one
is to be an Australian lawyer (within the meaning of that term in the Legal
Profession Act 2008 section 3).
(2) Each member of the
Board is to be a natural person.
