Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) In order to make
the provisions of all the regulations applicable to a mine known to all
employees at a mine, the principal employer or the manager of the
mine —
(a) must
cause a correct copy in legible characters of all the regulations applicable
to that mine to be posted up in some conspicuous place, or kept in some
readily accessible place, at or near the mine where they may be conveniently
read by the employees at the mine; and
(b) so
often as the copy referred to in paragraph (a) becomes defaced,
obliterated or destroyed, must cause that copy to be renewed without delay.
(2) A person who
contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
