Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
appoint eligible persons to be assistant inspectors of mines.
(2) A person is
eligible to be appointed as an assistant inspector of mines if that person has
served not less than 12 years in total as an employee’s inspector
or a workmen’s inspector.
(3) An assistant
inspector is to be employed on such terms and conditions as are determined by
the Minister after consultation with the Public Sector Commissioner.
