MINES SAFETY AND INSPECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 7

7 .         Relationship with other Acts

        (1)         If a provision of this Act is inconsistent with a provision of the Radiation Safety Act 1975, the latter provision prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

        (2)         This Act does not apply to or in relation to a railway to which the Rail Safety Act 2010 applies or to the ownership or operation of such a railway.
