Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Every proceeding
for an offence under this Act may be instituted and conducted by an inspector
or by some member of the Public Service authorised in writing for the purpose
by the Minister.
(2) An inspector or
officer is not to be personally responsible for any costs incurred by or
awarded against the inspector or officer in connection with any proceeding for
an offence under this Act.
