2 Under the Land Administration Act 1997 s. 281(3) a reference in a written law to the Land Act 1933 is, unless the contrary intention appears, to be considered as if that reference were a reference to the Land Administration Act 1997.

3 This was formerly a reference to the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987, the citation of which was changed to the Water Agencies (Charges) By-laws 1987 by the Water Agencies (Amendment and Repeal) By-laws 1995 Pt. 11. The reference was changed under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(3)(gb).

4 Department of Land Administration plans are now being held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority (see the Land Information Authority Act 2006 s. 100).

5 The Office of Titles was replaced by the Western Australian Land Information Authority (see the Land Information Authority Act 2006 s. 100).
