MINISTERS' TITLES ACT 1925 - SECT 2

2 .         Change of titles

                As from the commencement of this Act the titles “Treasurer” and “Chief Secretary ² ,” as Ministers of the Crown, shall be used instead of the titles “Colonial Treasurer” and “Colonial Secretary ² ”; and the words “Treasurer” and “Chief Secretary ² ” shall be substituted for the words, “Colonial Treasurer” and “Colonial Secretary ² ,” respectively, in all Acts of Parliament and statutory regulations heretofore passed or made.
