not advertise, or otherwise hold out in any way, that the person or
firm —
(a)
carries on; or
(b) is
willing to carry on,
business that consists
of or includes the carrying out of any class of repair work on motor vehicles
unless the person or firm holds a business licence for that class of repair
work.
Penalty: $50 000.
