Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The regulations
may exempt from all or any of the provisions of this Act —
(a) any
person or class of persons;
(b)
persons carrying on any business or any specified class of business; or
(c) any
other class of person, act, matter or thing.
(2) An exemption may
be expressed to apply —
(a)
generally; or
(b) only
in respect of a specified area or specified areas of the State.
(3) The regulations
may provide —
(a) for
circumstances in which, and conditions subject to which, an exemption is to
apply; and
(b) that
an exemption is of no effect at any time when any condition to which it is
subject is not being observed.
