Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person or firm
must not carry on a business that consists of or includes the carrying out of
repair work of a class prescribed by the regulations except under and in
accordance with a business licence for that class of repair work.
Penalty: $50 000 and a daily penalty of
$1 000.
(2) For the purposes
of this section a business does not include any part of the business that
involves work that is not repair work.
