NATIVE MISSION STATIONS ACT 1923 - SECT 2

2 .         Power to grant portions of certain reserves for Mission stations

                It shall be lawful for the Governor to grant to the Perth Diocesan Trustees, for an estate in fee simple, one thousand acres of land, being portion of Reserve to be held for the purposes of the Forrest River Mission Station; and to grant to the Benedictine Community of New Norcia, Incorporated, an area of one thousand acres of land in the Doongan District of the Kimberley Division, such land to be held for the purposes of the Drysdale River Mission Station. The land to be so granted shall include the land on which the main buildings of the said stations are now erected.
