Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to the
terms of any trust or endowment, any money belonging to The Trust that is not
immediately required for expenditure by The Trust may be invested as trust
funds may be invested under Part III of the Trustees Act 1962 and The Trust
may from time to time sell, vary or transpose any such investment.
(2) The Trust may
retain and hold any investments that may be transferred to The Trust otherwise
than by way of purchase, notwithstanding that those investments may not be of
the nature authorised by subsection (1).
