Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Trust may in
general meeting make rules, not inconsistent with this Act or the by-laws for
or with respect to —
(a)
regulating the affairs, business and management of The Trust;
(b) the
method and time of convening, holding and adjourning meetings of The Trust,
the voting at those meetings, including postal and proxy voting, the conduct
and record of the business of The Trust, the quorum at those meetings and all
matters of or incidental to the proceedings at those meetings;
(c) the
mode of election and nomination of a President, Vice Presidents, Secretary and
Treasurer of The Trust and the elected councillors;
(d)
casual vacancies in the office of President, Vice President, Secretary or
Treasurer of The Trust;
(e)
regulating the admission, resignation and expulsion of members of The Trust
and the types and classification of those members and the levying of
subscriptions on those members;
(f) all
matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed by the
rules or are considered necessary or convenient by The Trust to be prescribed
for the purpose of giving effect to this Act, not being matters for and with
respect to which by-laws may be made.
