OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 2003 - SECT 209

209 .         Matters to be specified in the licence

        (1)         The licence must specify — 

            (a)         the blocks covered by the licence; and

            (b)         the term of the licence; and

            (c)         the licence conditions.

        (2)         The term specified under subsection (1)(b) is not to exceed 21 years.
