Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts For the purposes of
this Act, a sample is a confidential sample if —
(a) a
licence holder has given it to the Minister; and
(b) it
was recovered in the course of activities authorised by the licence; and
(c) it
was recovered from an area of the seabed or subsoil that is covered by the
licence or a successor licence to the licence.
