OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 2003 - SECT 352A

352A.         Exemption from duty

                Duty under the Duties Act 2008 is not chargeable — 

            (a)         on a licence; or

            (b)         on any instrument that creates, transfers, affects or otherwise deals with an interest in a licence.
