Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An inspector may
include in an improvement notice or a prohibition notice directions as to the
measures to be taken to remedy any contravention, likely contravention, risk,
matters or activities to which the notice relates.
(2) Any direction
under subsection (1) may —
(a)
refer to any code of practice; and
(b)
offer the person issued with the notice a choice of ways in which to remedy
the contravention, likely contravention, risk, matters or activities.
