Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person who is or has
been Commissioner or member or acting member of the Commission or an inspector
is not personally liable for anything done or omitted in good faith in, or in
connection with, the exercise or purported exercise of any power conferred, or
the carrying out of any duty or function imposed on the Commissioner, the
Commission or an inspector, as the case requires, under this Act.
