2 On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the Health and Disability Services Legislation Amendment Act 2010 s. 62 had not come into operation. It reads as follows:


62. Occupational Therapists Act 2005 amended

(1) This section amends the Occupational Therapists Act 2005.

(2) In section 3 delete the definition of Director and insert:


Director means the Director of the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office appointed under the Health and Disability Services (Complaints) Act 1995;


(3) In sections 52(3), 55(4)(b) and 58(2)(b) delete “Health Services (Conciliation and Review) Act 1995” and insert:


Health and Disability Services (Complaints) Act 1995


3 On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) Act 2010 s. 14(g) had not come into operation. It reads as follows:
