Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Act does not
apply to, or in respect of, or in any way affect —
(a) the
practice of a person’s profession as a medical practitioner;
(b) a
person acting under the direction of an occupational therapist;
(c) a
person giving instructions in the skills of his or her usual occupation to a
person with a disability; or
(d) a
registered teacher as defined in the Western Australian College of Teaching
Act 2004 section 3(1).
