OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS ACT 2005 - SECT 6

6 .         Membership of Board

        (1)         The Board consists of 8 members appointed by the Minister, of whom —

            (a)         5 are to be occupational therapists;

            (b)         one is to be a person who has knowledge of and experience in representing the interests of consumers;

            (c)         one is to be a medical practitioner; and

            (d)         one is to be an Australian lawyer (within the meaning of that term in the Legal Profession Act 2008 section 3).

        (2)         Each member of the Board is to be a natural person.
