POLICE ACT 1892 - SECT 37

37 .         Special constables not in the Police Force

        (1)         A special constable is not a member of the Police Force of Western Australia for the purposes of this Act.

        (2)         Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of section 36(1) or (2) or 136.
