Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor, on
the recommendation of the Advisory Committee, may at any time and from time to
time by proclamation prohibit the sale, supply or use of any poison or
substance, whether included in a Schedule or not, either absolutely or except
upon and subject to such conditions and for such period or periods as the
Governor may think fit.
(2) A proclamation
made under this section may be cancelled or from time to time varied, or an
error in a proclamation may be rectified, by a subsequent proclamation.
