Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The CEO shall in the
month of August in each year cause to be published in the Government Gazette a
list of the names and places of business of all persons who hold licences or
permits under this Act, and the production of a copy of the Government Gazette
containing any such list as last published shall be prima facie proof in all
courts and in all legal proceedings that the persons specified in such list
hold such licences or permits.
