Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006
regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of departments
apply to and in respect of the Department and its operations.
(2) The annual report
of the Department shall include a report on the state and conditions of all
prisons in the State.
