Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Without affecting the
operation of the Interpretation Act 1918 2 , the transitional provisions
set out in Schedule 2 shall have effect for the purpose of the transition
from the provisions of the repealed Act to the provisions of this Act.
