Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Every prison, gaol,
and penal outstation established or declared under the repealed Act before the
coming into operation of this Act and specified in column 1 of Schedule 1
is declared to be a prison within the meaning and for the purposes of this Act
and shall be known by the name specified in relation to that prison in column
2 of that Schedule.
