Western Australian Consolidated Acts Without limiting
section 87 or 110, the regulations may —
(a)
declare a law of another State or a Territory to be a corresponding law for
the purposes of the regulations; and
(b)
provide for circumstances in which an absence permit may be given permitting
the prisoner to travel to and be in another State or a Territory in which a
corresponding law is in force; and
(c)
regulate the conduct, escorting, supervision, apprehension and return to
custody of persons subject to detention under the law of another State or a
Territory who have been given leave or permission to be absent under a
corresponding law and are in this State.
