Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a person does
not comply with a direction under section 104(1)(c), (d) or (e) or (2) or
section 105 within a reasonable time after being given it, the harbour
master may cause the direction to be complied with using such means as the
harbour master thinks fit.
(2) When causing a
vessel to be moved under subsection (1) the harbour master may cause the
vessel to be made fast to another vessel that is moored in the port.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not prevent the owner or master of a vessel to which
another vessel is made fast under that subsection from recovering from the
owner or master of that other vessel damages for loss or damage occasioned by
that making fast.
