Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a person is
both a public service officer and a director —
(a) the
person’s duties as a director are to prevail if a conflict arises
between those duties and the person’s other duties as a public service
officer; and
(b) the
person does not have any immunity of the Crown in respect of the duties and
liabilities imposed on directors by this Act.
(2) In this
section —
public service officer means a person who is
employed in the Public Service under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
