PORT AUTHORITIES ACT 1999 - SECT 119

119 .         Collectors of port charges

                A port authority may, in writing — 

            (a)         authorise an officer or employee or any other person to collect port charges on its behalf; or

            (b)         revoke an authorisation made under this section.
