PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 - SECT 5

5 .         Crown bound

        (1)         Except as provided in section 6 this Act binds the Crown.

        (2)         A region planning scheme binds the Crown.

        (3)         An improvement scheme binds the Crown.
