Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The prescribed
occupational safety and health laws do not apply in relation to —
(a) a
petroleum operation or geothermal energy operation; or
(b) a
person engaged in a petroleum operation or geothermal energy operation or any
other protected person.
(2) In this
section —
prescribed occupational safety and health laws
means any laws of the State relating to occupational safety and health
(whether or not they also relate to other matters) that are prescribed by the
regulations for the purposes of this section.
