Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Notwithstanding
anything to the contrary contained in any Act, or in any grant, lease, or
other instrument of title, whether made or issued before or after the
commencement of this Act, all petroleum, geothermal energy resources and
geothermal energy on or below the surface of all land within this State,
whether alienated in fee simple or not so alienated from the Crown, are and
shall be deemed always to have been the property of the Crown.
