Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Act does
not authorise the Governor to appoint persons to form a Board to control and
manage the Rottnest Island Reserve as described in section 4 of the
Rottnest Island Authority Act 1987 .
(2) This Act does not
authorise the Governor to appoint persons to form a Board to control and
manage designated land as defined in section 3 of the Botanic Gardens and
Parks Authority Act 1998 .
