Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A Board may from
time to time appoint a secretary, rangers, park-keepers, and other officers
and servants, and all persons so appointed shall hold their offices during the
pleasure of the Board.
(2) A person appointed
to the office of ranger under subsection (1) may hold that office in
conjunction with any other office under that subsection.
(3) Notwithstanding
anything in this section, to the extent that there is in the case of a person
who is appointed under subsection (1) to be a secretary, ranger,
park-keeper or other officer and who is a member of the Senior Executive
Service within the meaning of the Public Sector Management Act 1994
3 an inconsistency between this Act and that Act that
Act shall prevail.
