Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Such by-laws shall be
published in the Government Gazette , and shall be laid before both Houses of
Parliament within 14 days after such publication, if Parliament be then
sitting, and if Parliament be not then sitting, within 14 days after its
next meeting; and, in respect of the land placed under the control of the
Board that made the by-laws, such by-laws, when published, shall have the
effect of law, unless repealed or altered as aforesaid, or disallowed by both
Houses of Parliament.
