Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commissioner
is to cause to be kept, in a form approved by the Commissioner, a register of
the following information in relation to each licence
issued —
(a) the
type of licence;
(b) the
name of the licensee and where the licence is held on behalf of a partnership
or body corporate, the name (including, where relevant, the business name) of
the partnership or body corporate;
(c) the
location of the business premises and storage premises to which the licence
applies;
(d) the
expiry date; and
(e) such
other particulars as may be prescribed.
(2) A licensing
officer is to allow any person to inspect the register on payment of the
prescribed fee (if any).
