Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Commission shall
issue in respect of any person or organisation registered as an industry
participant under this Act a certificate of registration setting
out —
(a) the
prescribed class of industry participant under which the person or
organisation is registered; and
(b) the
conditions and restrictions (if any) that apply in relation to the person or
organisation as an industry participant.
