Where —
(a) a
contestant has not, at the time of the expiration of the period of his
registration as a contestant, applied for the renewal of his registration; or
(b) the
registration of a contestant has been cancelled or suspended under
section 23,
the contestant shall
as soon as is practicable surrender his medical record book to the Commission.
Penalty: $500.
