entitled to any compensation whatsoever in respect of anything done by any
inspector or other officer or assistant or any other person in the discharge
of any duty or obligation under this Act or any regulation, or in respect of
any measure taken in order to eradicate or prevent the spread of disease or
carry out the provisions of this Act or any regulation, or in respect of any
loss or injury that may directly or indirectly result therefrom.
