Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Notwithstanding
anything in any Act, proceedings for an offence against this Act may be
brought within 3 years after the commission of the offence or, with the
consent of the Attorney General, at a later time not exceeding 6 years
from the commission of the offence.
