contrary intention appears —
chief executive officer of the department means
the chief executive officer of the department referred to in section 228
of the School Education Act 1999 ;
purposes of public education includes the
provision of residential or other accommodation for teachers or trainee
teachers in any government school within the meaning of the
School Education Act 1999 .
