Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts There is payable to
the Minister by a pipeline licensee, in respect of each year of the term of
the pipeline licence, a prescribed fee in respect of each kilometre or portion
of a kilometre of the length of the pipeline at the commencement of that year.
