PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 - SECT 141A

141A .         Infrastructure licence fees

                There is payable to the Minister by an infrastructure licensee, in respect of each year of the term of the infrastructure licence, a fee specified in, or calculated in accordance with, the regulations.
