Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A fee, royalty or
other amount payable under this Division is a debt due by the permittee,
lessee, licensee, infrastructure licensee or pipeline licensee to the State
and is recoverable in a court of competent jurisdiction.
