Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Act shall
come into operation 1 on the first day on which the following Acts of the
Commonwealth, with or without amendments, are in operation, namely, the
Seas and Submerged Lands Amendment Act 1980 , the
Coastal Waters (State Powers) Act 1980 , the Coastal Waters (State
Title) Act 1980 and the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Amendment
Act 1980 .
(2) The Minister shall
as soon as is practicable after the commencement of this Act cause notice of
the commencement to be published in the Gazette .
