Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The register shall
be received by all courts and tribunals as evidence of all matters required or
authorised by this Division to be entered in the register.
(2) The Minister may,
on payment of the prescribed fee, supply copies of or extracts from the
register or of or from any instrument lodged with him under this Division
certified by writing under his hand, and such a copy or extract so certified
is admissible in evidence in all courts, tribunals and proceedings without
further proof or production of the original.
(3) The Minister may,
on payment of the prescribed fee, by instrument in writing under his hand
certify that an entry, matter or thing required or permitted by or under this
Division to be made or done or not to be made or done has or has not, as the
case may be, been made or done and such a certificate is evidence in all
courts, tribunals and proceedings of the statements contained in the
certificate.
