156. Act amended

This Division amends the Perth Market Act 1926.

157. Section 1A amended

In section 1A in the definition of owner delete “who is the holder of the requisite vehicle licence under the Road Traffic Act 1974 in respect of the vehicle, or, if the vehicle is not licensed under that Act,” and insert:

to whom a licence in respect of the vehicle has been granted under the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012, or if there is not such a person,
